When I joined the National Team in 2006 Sarah was undefeated in Britain for a decade and was a huge inspiration to me.
She took me under her wing and guided me through the learning process of how to train, eat and live like an athlete. Even though I was her direct competitor Sarah cheered me on every day, pushed me when I was tired and picked me up when I fell. She fully embraced everything sport has to throw at you and gave me the confidence to make the right choices, commit to them and execute them with conviction.
When I travel to London Roar Fitness is the only place that has the facilities and trainers that live up to Olympic standards.
