Currently I’m half way through my time at Roar Fitness and I can honestly say this has been the best investment I have ever made. Having always been relatively slim I was constantly doing cardio and fat burning activities and endless weeks of ‘cutting out foods’.

I was looking for something which would really allow me to change my body. I previously went to a transformation gym by Bank station, where I was given ad hock training and nutritional guidance that was really just to cut back on my food intake. Now, I wasn’t really a profile for a fat loss programme and I was looking for a transformation to be able to sculpt muscle in order to change my physique, as I have never been able to achieve this before.

I met with Rich and Sarah where they went through a vigorous screening of my current overall health and wellbeing and really looked at what I wanted to achieve with my body. Having done the consultation with Rich and Sarah they set me with a very realistic expectation of what they believed physiologically possible for my body.

So now that I am at the half way point I can reflect on my experience: I have eaten more than I have ever done before (eating good clean food and lots of it). This has resulted me feeling amazing- I feel strong, I look leaner and I have muscle! My body is changing and it’s noticeable! The Roar Fitness Team closely monitor the nutrition to see how I am feeling and where they can add more food into the nutrition plan so I am constantly having my nutrition and training adapted as we go along.
From a training aspect it has been a complete education for me. I was someone who was training 5 days a week and working with Personal Trainers and nutritional experts and getting nowhere fast! Having been under Rich’s wing at Roar Fitness I am performing exercises I never thought I could do and lifting weights I never thought possible. Everything Rich has advised me to do has had reason to get an outcome, and all of those outcomes have been proven,

One of the parts that has really stood out for me is that where I have had difficulties in specific exercises before, Rich, through his experience has been able to overcome this by focusing on other exercises in order to build me up to be able to perform the exercises I was unable to perform before.
Rich, Sarah and the team are with you in your training and are motivated for you to get the results that you want. The buzz in the gym is amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Roar Fitness as you will get what you want from your body with these guys expertise!
