“Working alongside my personal trainer Rich Phillipps I am still truly amazed at what I have accomplished. With his help, extensive professional knowledge and encouragement, I have by far exceeded what I thought possible in just over 3 months.

Rich thoroughly planned and monitored my workouts with precision timings, continually adapting and changing my routine, helping to thoroughly define my body and increase my lean muscle mass. My strength was also increased enormously. Along with regular body fat readings and adjustments, I was able to lose almost 13% body fat – bringing my body fat percentage down from 25.5% to just 13%. This was all made possible by Rich’s continuous adaption of my workouts, nutrition and supplements based on how I was developing throughout the sessions.

The results of my before and after pictures only begin to show the hard work and results I have achieved thus far and certainly highlight how -with the right personal trainer like Richard and his advice – one can change for the better, not only in physical appearance, but also one’s mental attitude. The comments from friends and family have been extremely positive and flattering! I can safely say that thanks to Rich , I can now look in the mirror without grimacing and I am reminded what a little motivation and hard work in the gym can bring with the right help!”
