I have been training off and on with different personal trainers / gym’s and programmes for the last 10 years and it wasn’t until I did my programme with Roar that I finally realised what works for me.
The training programme I went through with my personal trainer Yordan was targeted and consistent but also really fun and enjoyable and I look forward to going to the gym for each session. Yordan is super professional and an amazingly committed trainer both personally and for his clients and I would recommend you ask for him should you sign up.
The combination of the brilliant training 3-times-weekly sessions and the ongoing support and advice on nutrition from Sarah Lindsay helped me stick to my goal and achieve amazing results. All while having a great time.
The nutrition I soon found out is just as important from my sessions with Sarah and the missing link to all of my previous training programmes. I finally found a programme that I could stick to and once I started to see the results it motivated me to continue. Educating me in why I was eating what I was and how that would effect my body was the key.
The gym is super friendly and inviting and none of that pretentious intimidation that I sometimes feel in those environments. All of the trainers are welcoming and its a nice place to train. To top it all off they had some straighteners fitted in the mens changing rooms for me to further enhance the personalised level of service!
