The Transformation
Jonathan, aged 39, joined ROAR Fitness ready for a complete lifestyle transformation.
Over the course of 12 weeks, he lost 10kg, improved his strength significantly and built noticeable muscle – particularly in areas that had previously been difficult for him to develop.
Despite managing injuries along the way, Jonathan remained fully committed to the programme, consistently showing up and pushing himself in every session.
“I’ve dropped 10 kilos during this challenge, but that’s probably not the best part about it.”
