“I started working with Sarah in April 2015. Partly because I was getting married the following December but mostly because my energy levels had tanked, which was effecting work and diminishing my appetite for exercise. Sarah assessed me, gave me a really easy to follow nutrition (eating and supplements) plan and we started working out three times a week.
The first three days were a little hard – I was never hungry just a little fuzzy headed – but then I immediately started to feel great. My energy levels shot up, I slept better, self-esteem improved, I wanted to exercise myself outside of our training sessions, and after just three weeks I saw the tangible results when Sarah measured me again. It continued like that for the next nine weeks of the programme: constant incremental improvements without ever feeling like it was a hardship (in fact, I really enjoyed it).

She will challenge you on diet/alcohol and will not pull punches when you deviate. Sarah still has the mental and physical stamina today that made her a great Olympian and I defy anyone not to have enormous respect for her – and not to have a life changing experience working with her.”
