The Transformation
Kellie, aged 49, joined ROAR Fitness looking for a complete lifestyle reset.
Her goal was simple but powerful: lose body fat, build strength and establish sustainable habits that would support her long-term health. Over the course of 12 weeks, Kellie achieved an incredible transformation — losing 11kg while dramatically improving her strength and confidence in the gym.
Along the way, she doubled her dumbbell chest press from 7.5kg to 15kg, increased her deadlift from 30kg to 70kg, and built strength across every aspect of her training.

Training, Nutrition & Support
Kellie’s programme combined expert personal training with structured nutrition guidance and ongoing accountability.
Working with ROAR nutritionist Jordan, Kellie developed a strong understanding of how to structure her nutrition to support fat loss and performance.
“It can be tricky at first, but he was always there to answer any questions and after each check-in I felt more energised to keep going.”
In the gym, Kellie trained with personal trainer Sam H, whose coaching played a huge role in pushing her beyond what she believed she was capable of.
“I couldn’t be happier with his attitude, knowledge, patience and the motivation he gave me to push myself harder than I would ever have thought possible.”
Sam’s coaching focused on building strength safely and progressively, helping Kellie understand each movement while continually challenging her to progress.
“He really takes the time to explain each exercise, correct my form where necessary, and knows exactly when to increase the weights.”

Over the course of the programme Kellie made huge improvements in both strength and body composition.

Alongside these strength gains, Kellie reduced her bodyweight by 11kg, representing a 16.4% change in bodyweight over the 12-week programme.
