“I had been training on and off for around 3 years and seeing little results. I liked the idea of using a personal trainer but hadn’t been impressed with the trainers I’d used in the mainstream gyms

They all said the same thing and got me zero results. I did some searching on the internet and found Roar Fitness.

After just 12 weeks of training I’ve gone from 28% body fat to now 15.5% and I’m leaner than I’ve ever been in my life and the fat is still coming off. I have increased my strength and I’m starting to develop some good muscle tone.

Originally I wanted to lose some fat, well thanks to Rich Phillipps I’ve done that and in half the time I thought it would take!  So I’ve decided to aim a little higher and try and get a ‘fitness model physique’ because I know Rich will be able to get me there. I never dared to think that was even possible but with his guidance and support I know I can do it.”
