The Transformation
Stephen joined ROAR Fitness ready for a reset.
After spending several months focused on building a business project, his training had taken a back seat. With that chapter complete, he decided it was time to prioritise his health again and commit to getting back into shape.
Over the course of 12 weeks, Stephen completely transformed both his body and mindset — losing 10kg, significantly increasing his strength and even more than doubling his dumbbell chest press from 15kg to 37.5kg. Along the way, he also developed the knowledge and habits needed to sustain a strong, healthy physique long-term.

Training, Nutrition & Support
Stephen’s programme combined expert personal training with structured nutrition guidance and consistent accountability.
Working with ROAR nutritionist James, Stephen learned the science behind his nutrition plan and how to fuel his body properly for fat loss and performance.
“He was excellent in explaining the theory behind the nutrition plan and monitoring my progress. Nutrition plays a massive part in the programme so his input was invaluable.”
In the gym, Stephen trained with personal trainer Jack, who pushed him beyond what he believed he was capable of.

Jack’s coaching focused not only on performance, but also on teaching Stephen the mechanics and science behind each movement – building strength safely and progressively.

Strength & Physical Progress
Throughout the programme Stephen dramatically increased his strength across multiple lifts:
- Deadlift: 35kg → 100kg
- Dumbbell Chest Press: 15kg → 37.5kg
- Shoulder Press: 10kg → 25kg
Alongside these strength improvements, Stephen successfully reduced his bodyweight by 12.5%, losing 10kg over the course of the programme.
