Love this place. The weights room of any gym can often be overwhelming and intimidating, whether you’ve never lifted a dumbell before or actually consider yourself more than capable, but it’s the atmosphere that sets ROAR apart from anywhere else.

That’s not to say you might not feel intimidated when you arrive for your first session – let’s be honest, the trainers are BUFF – but they’re also incredibly professional, welcoming and friendly, and probably believe in you more than you do yourself. The support goes above and beyond three training sessions per week, and Sarah is a darling (scary too, sure, but in a good way) and I’m excited to see what I can achieve under her guidance over the next nine weeks. Given the option, I wouldn’t ever train with anyone else again!”
