Alex was always there to make sure I enjoyed the sessions but also got the most out of them, his knowledge on any of my questions always gave me confidence we were going in the right direction. Josh was also a massive help on the nutrition – constant checks and guidance to ensure we as a team were all in sync. Roar feels a bit like a family, the results I’ve achieved are far beyond I could have expected particularly as I’ve always been a little cynical of this type of thing. But this experience was a game changer and the tools/knowledge I’ve picked up will set me up for life.
