Dave and Rich were my allocated Trainers/Nutritionists and created my unique plan to get me to where I wanted to be. Dave has so much knowledge and experience and truly is the best at what he does, I can’t recommend him enough.
Personally, I wanted a new challenge, had become stale in the gym and was struggling with niggly injuries. Dave and Rich set up a nutrition and training plan taking into consideration the injuries I had and the goals I wanted to achieve (increased muscle mass, loss of fat as well as improving lifting technique and weight as well as keeping pain/injury free) and guided me through it each and every step. Due to the experience (after a month or so off) I will be starting a new challenge/phase with the guys at roar.
