You won’t regret joining ROAR. Having lost my fitness routine and healthy diet over the last 7 years… I was very much in need of a drastic overhaul and the past 12 weeks training with Jack at ROAR was exactly what I needed.
Having thought I knew my way around a gym before – it’s only from training with Jack that I’ve realised I clearly hadn’t been pushing myself enough! I’ve never felt stronger or thought I’d achieve the results I have. So much so that I don’t think I will train without a PT again.
Jack’s been there to challenge me when I need it, but also adjust when I’m fatigued, which gives me the peace of mind that I won’t get injured and that I’m training my body to be strong in the long term!
I leave each PT session exhausted (in a good way) and feel more energised than I’ve felt before. Together with the nutrition plan – it’s pretty tough to begin with but if you’re willing to put in the effort and be disciplined you’ll see amazing results!
Having done different 8 week plans with other fitness gyms, I’ve seen varying results but ROAR’s been the only one where I’ve been able to shake off 2kg every 3 weeks and get into a health routine with my diet and training!
Its definitely been worth it and sets you up for long terms habits – so if you can afford it, I would not hesitate to join!
Getting nutritional guidance from Matt and the training from Jack has truly got me back to peak fitness and shedding 5kg in 9 weeks has been incredible!
