No treadmills or X trainers involved here, but rather intelligent resistance based training programmes, coupled with superior knowledge of health and nutrition which were the keys to Emma attaining these optimal fat loss and body composition changes over a relatively short space of time.
Working with her Roar personal trainer Matt x3 per week, and regular monitoring and fine tuning of her diet from Sarah, helped produce a drop in body fat from 26.1% to 15.3% over the 12 week programme whilst also sculpting a much stronger and toned figure.
