It took 14 weeks of 3x per week training to get Jack not just looking great, but feeling amazing. Jack initially started with a lot of mobility drills and specific exercises to prepare his body for more progressive workouts as the weeks went on. By the time it got to 8 weeks Jack was feeling like a new man and his personal trainer David was able to advance the routines to some much heavier and complex weight training routines that really allowed Jack to pile on some serious muscle.
All this coupled with precision nutrition and by the end of 14 weeks it’s fair to say that Jack achieved a fantastic result ,and he’s now preparing to continue his personal training sessions at Roar to take things to the next level.
