I trained with Melissa and Josh provided the nutritional guidance. Both were a delight to work with and so supportive throughout the whole process. Mel has pushed me way beyond anything I thought I was capable of. I’ve never been so strong and lean ever! And I even managed to do chin ups! Something I’ve always wanted to do.
