“I previously trained with Rich and Sarah for 12 weeks in 2015 and had good results, but allowed the weight to creep back on over the last 2 years.

 

I started training with Rich in July 2016 for 24 weeks over the last 7 months and have gained a solid understanding of how I can incorporate proper nutrition into my day to day life, whilst at the same time maintaining and continuing to build a physique through a combination of weight training and sensible targeted cardio.

With a starting weight of 87kg I’ve lost 13kg whilst gaining 10kg of muscle and reducing my body fat percentage from 37.1% to 14.7%. I have exceeded my own expectations.

Rich told me upfront that given time I could achieve whatever I wanted to and this is so true; there are no quick solutions to healthy weight loss but by committing to the process and listening to everything he told me I was able to achieve amazing results.
