Do I need to be fit to start personal training?
Absolutely not! Our trainers work with complete beginners every day. Using our structured training system we’ll start at your current fitness level and progress safely at an appropriate pace.
How often should I see my Roar personal trainer?
To maximise your potential and achieve standout results, we recommend training with your Roar personal trainer 3-4x per week. During your consultation we’ll work with you to determine the optimal frequency based on your goals, lifestyle and schedule. All Roar programmes require a minimum commitment of 2 sessions per week to ensure consistent progress and lasting transformation.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?
Our expert trainers have extensive experience working with clients who have a wide range of injuries, health conditions, and physical limitations. Starting with your initial movement analysis session, we will assess your needs and design a safe and effective training programme tailored to your body. Every exercise will be adapted around your any movement restrictions, whilst still challenging you to build strength, improve mobility and enhance overall fitness. Am I too old to start weight training with a personal trainer?
Weight training is for all ages and you are never too old to start! Our Personal Trainers are highly experienced working with every age and your programme will be carefully designed to suit your individual needs and starting point. Weight training is key to longevity and injury prevention. Working with a caring and supportive expert personal trainer will help build strength, improve mobility and movement and preserve lean muscle mass which is vital for optimal ageing.
